People perform best when they feel good. The Greenery therefore provides good working conditions and creates a work climate that enables employees to grow and develop.

Career opportunities

People who wish to develop their careers will find good opportunities within The Greenery. On a management level, we offer a programme where employees can get to know various departments in 14 months. The GreenFuture project gives young people the chance to obtain their Dutch secondary senior vocational education (MBO) diploma for Logistics, under a 'work and learn' scheme.

Optimal workspace

With the right posture and a minimum of physical strain, many physical problems and complaints can be avoided. Together with Dutch organisations such as RMU, FNV, CNV (RMU is an organisation representing both employers and employees; the FNV and CNV are trade unions) and Frugi Venta (The Dutch Fruit and Vegetables Trade Association), The Greenery is seeking better solutions for operations that are a strain on the body.

Sporty staff

Engaging in sports on a regular basis contributes to good health. The Greenery's employees can therefore work out in health clubs at a reduced price. We are keen to sponsor employees and growers who take part in sports events such as the RoPaRun marathon and Ride for the Roses.
